Exploring worlds, catching words. Escritora Errante 19: Lectores Beta? 24 May, 2016. 24 May, 2016.

Exploring worlds, catching words. 10 October, 2016. 10 October, 2016. Inés G. Labarta. I’m used to British hotels lately: they are very expensive and also very austere. No much luxury, (but at least they gave you the kettle, and that DOES make a difference with this climate, so I’m grateful for that). Ah, and the slippers were also very comfy and you could take them with you. Yes, Japanese hotels, I will be coming to visit you again. Posted in Inktober 2016. Buddha Loving the Stones. Exploring worlds, catching words. 29 June, 2016. 29 June, 2016. Inés G. Labarta. Desk at my PhD office… it doesn’t seem to messy just because you cannot actually see the desk! No matter what they tell us about time being a esphere instead of a line or not existing (see video below). Time matters when you are writing a story, specially if you want to make sure you are telling something that makes sense at the same time it holds the audience’s attention. How do I map? 1 Divide Plot Into Scenes. My novella ...

Lune in Autumn | Worderlust

Exploring worlds, catching words. 6 November, 2016. Inés G. Labarta. Nothing soothes my soul like nature. Cycling down the river Lune my heart gets excited, like when I was a child invited to a birthday’s party. The water is wide, and goes down furious. I can’t feel nothing but respect. Whenever I’m trapped in the cage of writing, I go out. I breathe in the mountains, the trees, the rocks, the rain. Then I go back and write. Luego vuelvo a casa y sigo escribiendo. Exploring worlds, catching words. Author: Inés G. Labarta. 5 January, 2017. 5 January, 2017. Inés G. Labarta. Peewee and Mollie are two sweet sisters. They may not play together but they still chase each other for food, or choose close steps in the long starcaise inside the house to relax and enjoy the sunlight. They look completely different, yet you can feel the love. Pewee and Mollie human-mum told me their story. They were found in an animal shelter. Apparently, cats do this when they feel relaxed.

Exploring worlds, catching words. 11 October, 2016. Inés G. Labarta. I finally discovered a tiny shop at the end of a dark, quiet street. It had a good selection of fresh fruit, but everything was really, really expensive. It took me a long time to calculate what would be the cheapest but most filling option. I was still deciding when someone spoke to me from behind. Hi Are you having trouble to ask for this at the counter? I can do so for you, if you want.’. Oh, no, it’s not’ I started. 8212;—R...

Exploring worlds, catching words. 12 October, 2016. Inés G. Labarta. And then it happened, I found it in Miyayima. This breath-taking ice-cream. It cost me the same as a whole lunch. But I was willing to do the sacrifice. Y entonces ocurrió. Me lo encontré en Miyayima. El helado más glorioso del mundo. De hecho, costaba lo mismo que una comida. Pero acepté con orgullo y entereza tal sacrificio. Posted in Inktober 2016. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Address never made public).

Exploring worlds, catching words. Writer, illustrator and hiker one day I will walk to Japan and write and illustrate a book about it along the way. I love apples, tea and getting lost in the Highlands. I have lived in Spain, Ireland, Scotland. You can currently find me around the colorful city of Lancaster (Northwest of England). I came here escaping from the drepessing literary atmosphere in my own country with just two things I mind: I wanted to travel and write. I have published three novels. Here yo...
