Thursday, March 26, 2009. Last week Spencer called me all sorts of excited. He had this long story that started with biting into a pretzel, had a lot of blood, and ended with a lost tooth! He was so excited - until we talked about the tooth fairy, then not so much. On the way home we stopped at the grocery store, and he told me, Mom, you can just buy me a toy at the store and then we don't need to worry about the tooth fairy! Dave and Shelley, Spencer and Jake. Monday, June 20, 2016. I'm here, really I am. It has been months since I've posted, but it is my goal to catch up. We have loved having a family of six, which is still surprising to me sometimes. Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Little books in little hands, is there anything cuter? I love seeing my kids look at books. It is even better when they try to read them to each other. These two especially love books so when I mentioned grabbing some and bringing them out to look at they filled a basket, brought it out, and started reading. I bet they were there for a half hour. Saturday, September 26, 2015. Emmett was ready to go rock climbing, helmet, harness, and all! We drove ambulances, buses, and trains.

Friday, January 7, 2011. He also likes to play Wii. He is so fun to watch as he is dancing and singing. In September I went to watch BYU play Air Force in Colorado Springs and went to my first major league baseball game. The Rockies won the game and we enjoyed walking around the stadium. It was fun to spend some time with Ray, Karl, and Justin.(Even if BYU lost the game.). We had fun going fishing with Grandpa Coleman and Aunt Bonnie this fall. Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Today Grandma C told me a funny story about Jake. She picked them up from the babysitter and the first thing they told her is Noah kicked Jake. Sunday, August 2, 2009. I feel bad we've missed Dave's birthday and Father's Day! We are so lucky to have a good dad in our house. I really could not have asked for a better eternal companion and father for my kids. He is so patient with me (I can be a little high maintenance) and a good example for Jake and Spencer. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Bingo at the Senior Center. During the Bingo game Spencer and Grandma had unlucky cards. Spencer asked Grandma if she wanted to trade, Grandma agreed. Sunday, August 23, 2015. We had so many plans to go camping this summer. But somehow they all got foiled (or decided against) and this was our first time camping! And last.
