As we enter into the Spring and many of us re-evaluate what we are eating and how we can get back to basics I wanted to share two of my very favorite and healthiest recipes. Enjoy:. Gold Dressing (Omega 3 and B12). Place all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy. I love this on a salad made of Kale with red onion, baked sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. 1 Tbsp ground Cumin. 2 cups of mung dal. 2 Tbs coconut oil.
