White Thanksgiving 2016 2016 白色感恩節. 閉關練功, 連感恩節的長假也練過去了, 也該出來除除草, 掃掃雪了. 野居清靜, 門前只有幾隻麻雀, 偶爾有兩三隻大烏鴉, 掠過遠方的樹梢. 自從幾年前在感恩節做了新月捲, 之後年年都做, 連聖誕節也做. 於是 Double Chocolate Crescent Rolls 雙巧可力新月捲, 就這樣出爐了! 在降了三次霜後, 終於下了兩次雪, 先前一次開始是夾著冰和雨, 然後變成雪花紛飛. 感恩節這次則是紛飛的大雪, 暴龍還提早回家在家工作, 避開大雪裡在高速公路上開車. 所以我在做麵包時, 他正在餐廳飯桌上上網處理工作大事, 奴婢我偶爾和暴爺聊上幾句. 算是給我自己解悶XD.偶爾回頭撇見落地大窗外大雪紛飛, 枝枒上掛了團團雪花. 有李白"何似在人間"的感覺, 只是我沒喝醉, 頭腦還相當清醒XD. 感恩節期間也帶了小寶去看了Trolls, 還在黑暗暗的電影院的哭了, 我的哭點好像蠻低的. 還好因為我的沙發躺椅故障沒法斜躺, 自己一個人坐到前一排, 才不會受到暴爺揶揄.

Monday, October 31, 2016. 昨天和K寶去溜了2場冰, 一場是Halloween party. 01/11/2016 updated. K寶學溜冰一年多, 已經遠遠超過我和暴龍（我們倆沒上課，溜冰天資也沒有她高）. 她的one foot spin在晉級時考試時, 評鑑老師打了10分滿分. 現在已經是 Freestyle 3 程度，Freestyle 8是教練程度，Freestyle 10是奧運選手程度. 我因為越高程度的一些溜冰技術危險度越高，本來上完基礎4級後，連Freestyle 1 都沒考慮要她上. 溜冰學校的負責人，從要上Freestyle 1 時，就開始勸我們要請私人教練. 後來級數愈來愈高，怕受傷機會増高，加上和老爸閒聊時，他也認為要請好教練. 發現她受益的其實雙方教練都有，私人的或團體的（團體課學生到這級通常只有幾個）. 所以還是要看教練能不能看出學生的問題，知道原因，並加以修正，才是最重要的！ Note: Only a member of this blog may post a comment. Thursday, October 6, 2016. 玉米白披薩*五分鐘手揉麵團 Corn Pizza Bianca. 超好吃的披薩口味, 自己隨興胡搞的醬料, 沒想到風味超好. 繼續披薩實驗, 這批是做麵粉測試…. 以前好幾次我氣不過, 也提議過, 他如果不放心, 可以去外面買餐點, 或者是自己煮. 有一次我氣得火大了, 因為辛苦煮飯菜, 沒說一聲謝謝就算了, 竟然還要接受質疑! 我說: then don't eat it! 我也威脅過: 再說一次, 我就再也不煮飯給你吃了.結果也沒啥用. 後來也不知怎麼開始的, 煮完分盤後, 我自己就先說: 這次加了毒蘑菇. 話沒說完, 暴龍就接口說: I'm not even going to say it. Sunday, January 15, 2017. 我的酸麵團酵種兩歲了 My 2-Year-Old Sour Dough Starter. 以前維持方式都是放在冰箱, 一星期餵一次, 後來二星期餵一次, 現在都一個月餵一次就可以了. 有一次, 一個半月後才餵也沒事, 也不會發霉, 我猜2個月, 也應該沒問題. 酸麵團酵種裡, 數量佔絕大多數的乳酸菌 (Lactobacilli) 通常會將其環境變成強酸性. 所需要的只是時間, 不用給蜂蜜/糖水等等額外的食物, 可以偶爾餵食 全麥麵粉. 而不是白麵粉 大片麥麩, 混和出來的全麥麵粉. 因為其並沒有含胚芽成份, 所參雜大片麵麩, 也並未磨細, 難以被消化利用.
