Today during Thai class our Ajaans (teachers) brought us to the market and set us loose on another scav type deal, except this time we picked up items for lunch- 2 kilos of rice, 3.5 of pork, a cement barbaque, ect. Today my mom nourished our family with a hearty breakfast at the gas staion- when was the last time you thought of hot dogs on a stick and microwave burgers for breakfast? I have to say I went with a yogurt I found in the fridge. ISDSI is pretty sweet- a well stocked library, cool staff (a mix of Thai and American), western style toilets (not always present here in Thailand), and a nice place out back with hammaks and a rock wall.
