27 Months in Costa Rica: August 2012

http://annieisapcv.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

27 Months in Costa Rica. Simple Thoughts from a Peace Corps Volunteer. Monday, August 6, 2012. Costa Rica is also famous for their “Tico time:” a name used to define their laidback lifestyle. When I set up a meeting for 10:00am, the other party might not show up until 10:30, 11:15, or not at all, signaling that God obviously didn’t want this meeting to happen. Thanks for all the love and encouragement from home. Love and miss you all. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Today, Wednesday, September 5. 8221; as the other volunteers and I asked “are we in an earthquake? In Liberia and El Capulin, everyone is safe and there isn’t much structural damage. There are quite a few houses with damage closer to the epicenter, as well as a hospital in Puntarenas, lan...I am a ...

27 Months in Costa Rica. Simple Thoughts from a Peace Corps Volunteer. Thursday, October 25, 2012. Lordy, Lordy. I am the worst. Practically two months since the last post. Forgive me. Since arriving back in Costa Rica, however, I have been on the go. I’ll have to write a few posts about everything I am doing, but I promise that I’ll do it before February. http://annieisapcv.blogspot.com/2013/05/living-life.html

27 Months in Costa Rica. Simple Thoughts from a Peace Corps Volunteer. Thursday, May 2, 2013. Not that I went anywhere… I’m just lazy when it comes to blogging. The jungle. It was absolutely gorgeous and the people were so humble and genuine. Her village is tiny but I loved it and I hope that I will be able to visit again. Walking to the river in Katsi, Esteli's site. Where you go I will follow. Check out Peace Corps. Thursday, October 18, 2012. It's Raining, It's Pouring, and I am making lists. The title has to do with today's weather. It is definitely rainy season here in Santa Cruz. It has rained basically none stop since yesterday. The river behind our neighborhood is FULL. Annie Bananas

Some news about Justin and Karen, but mostly Annie and Nichol. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Last weekend was father's day, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays. We park, and as we're crossing the stree...
