Reflections and musings…. To find a mentor or not, that is the question (with apologies to the Bard). Then, I have second thoughts. I only work part-time in a school library. I feel that the hours I have at work are not sufficient to warrant having a mentor. Secondly, I’ve only just finished the Diploma in LIS last year.
