About a week ago I decided to join weight watchers.again. I think this is the 4th time in my life that I have done this program not to mention all the other programs I have tried. I lose about 30 lbs. each time and then get lazy and quit. But this time I really wanted to get past that 30 lbs. and see some real results! Take care of yourselves!
