Saturday, 11 July 2015. 這倆天，難得可愛的太陽老爺終於都肯露一露臉，暖一暖大地，. 耐熱畏寒的我，在太陽底下，渾身是勁，做起事來也特別的"有mood"一點也不累。忙完家務，上市埸，看到漂亮又便宜的水梨，忍不住買了幾粒，. 唯有做烘焙，尤其是滿芬，他們才會照吃不誤，沒有了"男女"之分。說真的，這次的滿芬是我做滿芬"系列"以來，最滿意的一次，. 香酥的表皮，可能是加了白脫奶(Butter milk) 內部特別的鬆軟，潤濕，. 而且烘好時"頭頂"還有個漂亮的Dome shape,，. 相信"它"以後經常都會在我家出現，不過糖份要減，觉得有些太甜。將全部材料放在一容器內，用叉孑混合成酥粒狀，後放在冰箱擱置，待用。 1：將全部材料A(乾料)放在一容器內攪拌均勻，待用。 2：另一容器，先將材料B的菜油和黃糖搅拌一下，後才將其他的濕料也加入，拌勻。 3：把材料B混入材料A，輕拌，後加入材料C的水梨塊，拌勻。 4：用冰澌淋勺，勺些適量面糊入滿芬烘焙杯，再撒些酥粒在表面上。 Saturday, July 11, 2015.
