Wednesday, December 31, 2008. 1 Drink a large cup of water before each meal. 2 Eat a small salad before lunch and dinner. 3 Eat lunch after noon. 4 Eat meals at the dinner table. 5 Brush and floss teeth after dinner. 6 IF you eat in front of the television, the maximum amount you can consume is a 100 calorie snack pack of popcorn. 7 Most importantly : WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN. 2 Weights if you sit in front of the television. YOU CAN DO IT! 2009 is my year.
