Wednesday, October 19, 2011. We are getting a dog. No, I can't believe it either. Everyone that knows me is completely shocked, rightfully so. There are so many reason why people would be shocked: I can't breathe around animals, I think they smell and the list goes on. We can all thank Stetson and Bentley for helping me realize that Miniature Schnauzers are the only breed of dog that I can be around and still successfully breathe, HUGE! So now we wait until Christmas for Scarlett or Rhett to come home...

Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Love at first sight. Rhett Butler has been home for 2 weeks now. It's been a long, tiring and fun 2 weeks. Every day gets easier and easier. RB is the best little puppy ever. I never knew I would love a dog like this. You can tell by the pictures that I am NOT biased when I say he really is the cutest pup ever. Peter has learned that RB is real chick magnet. 15 women at the vet told him how cute his puppy was. I told him it was too bad he isn't single! Monday, December 12, 2011.

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Life is about to Change. I think so based on the last sonogram. You can already tell he has Peter's nose, which I love! The nursery is ready, his clothes have been washed and all his baby stuff has been assembled. We attended a birthing class and I've read several books. So I guess now we just wait. I was overwhelmed by all the changes, additions and adjustments to my position/job. I was brainstorming other job options and summer felt forever away. Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Actually, that is not true. I don't hate or love running. I just do it. Like Nike says. There are several reasons I run:. 1 I know I should. I know I need some form of exercise to stay healthy. I want to be healthy for myself, Peter and Preston. I want to be around for a long time. I want to grow old with Peter. Hopefully I will have grandkids one day and I want to be active in their lives as well. Right before I had Preston I "took a break" from running. That was a big mistake...
