Ground Beef. 1 ½ Cup of Bread Crumbs (I use real bread). 188; Chopped Bell Pepper. 189; Small Sweet Onion (chopped fine). 1 Small Can of Tomato Paste. 1 Small Can Evaporated Milk (if you want it richer, use real cream). Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well using the milk last. Place in meat loaf pan or any oven cookware. Spread ketchup over top and cook for 30-45 minutes. Saturday, March 14, 2015. 1 can black beans. 1 can black eyed peas. 1 can chick peas. 1 large onion chopped. 1 pepper yellow, red or green chopped. 1 8oz bottle of Italian Dressing. 2 cans diced tomatoes only drain 1 can. 1/2 pack Taco Seasoning. Rinse all beans and peas, add tomatoes, onion, pepper. Pour dressing over and mix. Add taco seasoning. Refrigerate overnight. Serve as pickup with crackers and sour cream. from Cathy. Friday, October 24, 2014. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars. Use a 9x13x2 pan. 2 cups finely crushed pretzels. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. 1 1/2 stick melted butter. 1 cup peanut butter. 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips melted. 1/4 cup peanut butter. Mix together pretzels, powdered sugar, melted butter and 1 cup peanut butter. Place in pan and press down.
