The “N” word – NAPS! So many parents think their kids have “out grown” naps once they hit 4,5 and 6 years old. While I agree that the daily naps should be phased out, I definitely believe that a nap once or twice a week is a necessity for children between 4-6, maybe even older depending on your child.
