The beautiful pictures, beautiful words and the innocence of pure thoughts being expresseed so openly left me amazed and I realised that this was something that I could do, and should do. Friday, August 31, 2012. I am so confused. Ok .I was going to write Yay! But then realized my writing was only acceptable at the top of my kitten photo, so layout is still problem for me. This is a cute cat! 1: tap gear icon on manage bar. 2: to write blog tap icon in lower right corner (pencil). 3: start writing and the HTML and photo icon appear so that I can upload a photo from my iPad. 4: tap on photo to make changes. 5: centre alignment looks better. Saturday, May 19, 2012. Working out how to use iPad for blogging. Keeping up with technology is not easy for me, so many questions to ask my family. So this will be interesting as there is no one around to ask for advice, it is a lazy Saturday afternoon. I have just bought an 'app' for blogging and am yet to work out how to upload a photo. Saturday, May 19, 2012. Taa Daa not so bad in the end it tastes nice but is not as good as I wanted it to be. Not as good as Mummy used to make. Mums sponge was much higher and fluffier using the same ingredients but using the old hand beater (better arm muscles). I can't remember how to add a photo so I'll post then try to upload a sponge photo. To add to my May Sponge post, now that I'm feeling more confident :) hopefully I will add the finished photo and then say TaaDaa! View my complete profile.

Saturday, September 4, 2010. Loops and lots of buttons. Fortunately for me, my Bride loves buttons and loops as I have sewn for her before. On her formal dress we put 40 buttons and loops down her side seam. I thought I would share the way I make these babies! Have to cut back any excess. I then use a ' Rouleaux. Hold the fabric tube with thumb and forefinger of one hand as the other hand pulls through the turner. This process guides as the turning happens, it is a slow gradual process. And sew it begins.

Friday, May 18, 2012. Being a good blogger? I want to be a blogger but find it very hard to be dedicated. I think it is having the right words, to be as eloquent and entertaining as other blogs that I read. So I'm saying to myself "just start" and so I will. Thursday, July 22, 2010. I like to create things.I don't really design, it is more like an evolving, a coming together of ideas and eventually the finished work. I used to say to myself that I was a ' Jack of all trades and Master of none '. Now at this stage of my life I know that I am Master of some of my works! Most of the time I am successful, some of the time I am not! I create Wedding Gowns, however today I am creating a Zeppelin, a Blimp, a Dirigible. A prop for my daughter's film making.
