A great WordPress.com site. Monthly Archives: June 2012. I’ve been here almost exactly 48 hours now so things are starting to get a little easier. I still have moments where i think “What the fuck am I doing here when i could’ve worked at home” but i guess this is to be expected. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful despite the lack of english but i most definitely need to learn some russian. Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com. A great WordPress.com site. So i’m now here after the faff of travelling. First impressions….it’s very flat and very green. Minsk seems to have large wide streets and to be honest feels nothing like a capital city, everything is too spread out. I did however meet a very nice man on the flight who works for the Belarusian version of the RSPB who says if i end up with nothing to do I can go help them with some conservation work which is nice. They say that time will soldier on. To bolster faith when hope is gone. They say that patience too will hold. The bastions as the storms unfold. Is there a heart that will not heal. The ravages of love’s ordeal? Is there an ache that will not yield. While heartbreak stays within concealed? Posted 1 week ago. Our fearful trip is done,. The ship has weather’d every rack, the prize we sought is won,. The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,. O the bleeding drops of red,. How, in such an ...
