I advised her to try the Cherry Bakewell Tart from BBC Good Food. As its absolutely scrummy. Ever since I mentioned it, I have had mega cravings for it, so today, with the help of a 3 year old boy, I made it again. 200g butter , well softened, plus extra for greasing. 200g golden caster sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. FOR THE FILLING AND TOP.
