Let's see how long I can keep this up. 1 Today is the last day of Spring Break. I accomplished nothing on my mental to-do list. Ugh. 2 I can't believe I'm actually saying this but while it was nice to sleep. Late(r) every day, I'm ready for a routine again. 5 I have all of the ideas for blog posts tumbling around in my brain. Yay! Meagan at Garrett'...

Yes, I'm busy; No, I do NOT get paid for the summer; Yes, I really do love my job. Friday, December 31, 2010. It was a slow year for pictures . . . This is the house we bought. It is 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1500 square feet with a one car garage and a carport. We painted almost every room in it and have plans to do lots more. It also has an effieciency apartment in the back that we eventually want to remodel and make into a game room/family room of some sort. Here are the kids at Easter. 2010: Year in Review.

http://teachermom13.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Yes, I'm busy; No, I do NOT get paid for the summer; Yes, I really do love my job. Monday, January 4, 2010. The day after Christmas he asked me where his crazy dough was. When I asked him what he was talking about he said, "You know - that stuff in the egg." He was talking about Silly Putty! Just tonight he asked me if owls were awake at night and slept during the day. I told him yes that was true and that was called being nocturnal. His comment? I love the connections his brain makes - they crack me up!

postcardsfrompaulie: Trees I have "known" at Mt. Rainier. . .
http://postcardsfrompaulie.blogspot.com/2008/08/trees-i-have-known-at-mt-rainier.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Trees I have "known" at Mt. Rainier. . . This will be my last entry on this blog as I have just about run out of photo space. Please join me over at PERBS. The new growth contrasts beautifully with the tree. The rock slides look like an angel on the left and Jesus on the right. The branches growing from the side of this trunk were contrasts from dead to fall colors to olive green. Can you see the SMILEY face in this tree trunk? Blue skies and snow! I liked this bent tree trunk!

Monday, December 31, 2007. A Foggy New Year's Eve 2007. This was how thick the fog was this morning,. I went out to run a few errands and the sun was trying to say hello. . . A couple hours later the sun was trying to peek out from behind the clouds. Not all trees are bare when they lose their leaves. . . Ok went and got close ups. . . I think a few of you guessed correctly about the kind of tree. This one had fallen on the ground. Well, lots had but I took a photo of that one. Sunday, December 30, 2007.
