A couple of things to note. My Achilles Tendons both have tendonosis, or series of microtears in the tendon. I have stretching exercises to do but essentually the main thing was avoid overexertion. Ideally if I do my stretches it won't give out on me in high impact activities. That is mentos and diet coke btw.
