Welcome to Anselmos.Com. It is generally accepted that there are two main or "basic" varieties of garlic. These are most commonly referred to as "hardneck" and "softneck" varieties. Hardneck types produce a hard central flower stalk which supports a pod containing tiny garlic cloves. Soft neck types generally do not produce a flower stalk or flower pods. There are several "sub-species" of each main garlic variety.

Welcome to Anselmos.Com. All of our garlic is of excellent quality, with all the attributes to perform outstandingly in the kitchen. This same garlic can be used by farmers and gardeners as seed stock. All of our bulbs are of such a size as to possess cloves large enough to produce big, healthy bulbs in future crops. Depending on the variety, our garlic will run 4 to 8 bulbs per pound. One pound - $16.00. One half-pound - $10.00. One quarter-pound - $6.00. Checks and money orders made out to Anselmo Farms.
