We're all ears!!: Thanksgiving!!
http://were-all-ears.blogspot.com/2009/11/thanksgiving.html
Monday, November 23, 2009. If there ever was a time for giving Thanks- it is now. I am thankful I have a job, that my family is happy and secure and healthy, that there have been no major issues at work, but most of all right now, I am thankful for this holiday break! It has given me time to sit back and reflect on all that I have done to fulfill my career goals. It has given me time to get things completed and given me a breather! Friday, November 13, 2009. After posting all of those books I bet y'll wonder if I ever teach! Reading is trully a passion of mine, and I love to see kids read. I remember as a child getting lost in books all the time. We were poor and didn't get to travel. I never went further than an hour away from my house until I was 18. But, reading took me on so many adventures. I think some children miss that experience now because people travel more. That I was reading his book! It is a historical fiction book (w...

Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The football players came to my room to read to my students. The kids enjoyed this, but I think my boys liked it even more that the cheerleaders sat by them! After that experience they weren't fit to learn anything the rest of the day. Spirit week was AWESOME! As you can tell our float had a toilet on top of it. We didn;t win the contest, but everyone said that we should have. I thought we should have also. PJ day, what else needs to be said! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I tho...
