Saturday, June 25, 2011. My husband has a Bachelor Degree! He graduated Summe Cume Laude (that is a 4.0! For those of you who don't know) ALL A's! The title is a bit long, but worth the wait! Minor in Security Administration. I am so proud of my husband. We had a celebration for him today. All his friends and family came to wish him well. My own Ode to Joy. Those who say sunshine brings happiness have never danced in the rain. Friday, July 20, 2012. 1 There was a wonderfully awful thunder storm at 3 this morning. The power blink woke me up, and I stayed up to watch as lightning flashed across the sky. Oh it was beautiful! 2 It is now raining. It started this morning at 3. We got poured on for about 30 minutes and now it has slowed down to a steady drizzle that may last for days. 4 I like the rain. 12 Mr O and Peaches are both growing.

Our little family of four was recently gifted tickets to go and see the King Tut exhibit at the Pacific Science Center (Thank you Aunty! This is, by all the reports, going to be the last time this exhibit is in the United States. So we were very very glad to go. Bust of Ramses II. First we walked down history lane where the foundations of Egypt started.

My own Ode to Joy. Those who say sunshine brings happiness have never danced in the rain. Saturday, March 31, 2012. What Happens When there is Sunshine. First off, we unzip or totally lose the jackets and sweatshirts, sunshine means that it is warm, right? Then we take our bikes, unicycles, and scooters to the skate park (a block away from our house). Once there, we procceed to have all kinds of fun with friends! Showing off the awesome skill that is unicycle riding. Check out that grin! And she did it!

Wednesday, February 1, 2012. This will be just my thoughts:. Where did January go? This seems to be a recurring theme with me. I cannot believe it is Feb. 1! Hardly any snow this winter and today it was 72 degrees! I have a new fangled. Laptop with all kinds of bells and whistles that I am still learning. If anyone wants " facetime. Friday, March 25, 2011. How can she be 35? I remember the excitement with a bicentennial baby. A third for my brother and his wife. With 2 perfect boys I could not imagine who could follow such big shoes. And there she was. A beauty, to become her Daddy's million dollar baby with her kissin' spot and her love of the 3 siblings to follow. A cherub from above and we were all in love immediately. Friday, February 10, 2012. 41 years old, 41 years gone. Hard to imagine him 82. My Dad forever 41. The day was a usual Friday for me today. Busy day at work, after an unexpected 4 day work week. I really have no recollections about life from then until well into Junior High school. And now, 41 years later, I am blessed to still have my Mom, to spend an unexpected day off with. To giggle with, spend time with and do the things together that we have always loved to do. I love you Dad. I love you too Momma.
