If I feel tired but want something nutritious, this is a simple dish to cook. 200gm chinese kale (kai lan), or other suitable green leafy vegetables. 3 clove garlic, lightly crushed. One teaspoon sesame oil or normal cooking oil. One teaspoon fish sauce (optional). One teaspoon soya sauce. One tablespoon oyster sauce. One teaspoon fried shallot (can be prepared in bulk before hand and kept in the fridge). Posted by Kia Li.

Sharing recipes of simple dishes I cook for my family. Tuesday, 25 March 2008. After you make the meat patties, either steam them or pan-fry them, depending on your taste and preference. Minced meat (I used pork, you can choose your preferred meat), about 300 g. One tablespoon soya sauce. Half teaspoon sesame oil. One tablespoon corn flour. Life on the move 旅人、足跡、心情. 經年的往外公幹，每到一處都得要待上一陣子。旅途中總有一些觸動自己的景象、聲音、音樂、人、事等等。藉此把它們紀錄下來，給自己一個抒發情懷的空間，也順道留下讓自己動心的回憶。旅途中能有些感動的經歷，也算是人生的一種欣慰吧！ 星期二, 一月 01, 2013. 靖國神社離武道館其實不遠，看著地圖我心裡有些遲疑。渴、餓、累都不是影響決定的因素，反倒是其歷史背景讓我躊躇不定。 那時天氣轉陰，厚厚的雲層佈滿天空，雨水開始滴落。採光不好，從鳥居一路拍下的照片都是暗淡的，心情也開始忐忑。 在靖國神社門外，慢慢的走入。神社內有人群一般，並不擁擠。我沒往內走，繞一繞就離開。裡面也許就供奉了曾經侵略家鄉的軍人，而祖父也是在新加坡日據時過世的。雖然人已往生，但總也不能當做不相干的人聽到的故事，認為什麼事都沒發生過。 在靖國神社內心裡想像跟著不知會出什麼狀況－示威，抗議？結果什麼都沒發生。如今記起在靖國神社外，好像有一布條寫著關於和平的字眼。 订阅： 帖子评论 (Atom). Life on the move 旅人、足跡、心情. 經年的往外公幹，每到一處都得要待上一陣子。旅途中總有一些觸動自己的景象、聲音、音樂、人、事等等。藉此把它們紀錄下來，給自己一個抒發情懷的空間，也順道留下讓自己動心的回憶。旅途中能有些感動的經歷，也算是人生的一種欣慰吧！ 星期一, 七月 14, 2008. 由杉本寺到瑞泉寺，步行需要半小時。根據鐮倉旅遊指南的推薦路程，中途還會經過鐮倉宮。鐮倉宮是明治天皇為了紀念護良親王而建的神社。護良親王是推翻鐮倉幕府的一位重要人物，後來遭北條高時的次子所害。明治天皇敬重護良親王為皇室的努力，因而封“神”，建神社祭拜。 沒有進入鐮倉宮巡禮，我匆匆的往瑞泉寺去。陰天，隨時都會下雨，加上瑞泉寺處在較偏僻的地方，交通極其不便，得快去快回。 走了好一段路，終於到了瑞泉寺的總門。總門後有一段路纔到山腳，間中的場地有一小片已經改為停車場。 先不說瑞泉寺的由來，從另一個角度，也就是當時的印象說起。 由山腳跟著石階一步一步走上山，兩旁杉木，紅葉，竹林，和一些不知名的樹木覆蓋了整座山。風吹過，樹影婆娑&...夢窗國師設計的園林，利用地勢硺出石洞（天女洞...建國寺出來已經是過了午...

Friday, February 11, 2011. 儿子小时候，带他猜灯谜，通常要给他暗示、引导他，前两天带他去‘春到河畔’灯谜射虎台，他已经可以自己猜到了。 女儿才刚两岁，以前看照片，只懂得说里面的人物是谁，现在已经会加上其他评语。例如一张在酒店里拍的，她说：＂柔柔，在床上，看电视＂，还有一张旧照片，居然跟我们说那是她＂小时候＂，不禁莞尔。 Links to this post.
