Sea swells were HUGE and it was impossible to get from our room to breakfast without holding on to the handrails. Before we went to bed last night we were given instructions not to leave anything loose in our cabins. Put everything away. Now we understand why! Approximately 25% of our team has been sea sick all day. Michelle and I are okay and are actually enjoying ourselves.

We did an extreme hike today up the side of the volcano against 100 k/hr winds. It pushed everyone to the edge of their endurance, we worked as a team and it was a great leadership exercise.
