Sunday, February 17, 2013. Sunny (almost) Spring day! So we finally had a good nights sleep off Finley, he did wake at 5am, but we gave him a dose of medicine (he's teething), changed his nappy, gave him a drink and he fell back to sleep till 8am! Thursday, July 04, 2013. My baby boy had his birthday today. He had so much fun and was so tired he fell asleep before his story! He loves his shreddies so much he wasn't even too bothered about his cake, as soon as he had polished his shreddies he got into the cake and blew out his candles, bless him! Saturday, October 04, 2014. I have no idea if anyone reads this but I can't believe I've not found time to update my blog since Easter! I must remember to post more often! Even if it's only me who reads it! So here is a photo of Rosie's first day in Year 1. She is loving school so very much and Finley is also desperate to start. Only one year to go! Thursday, June 11, 2015. Sutton on Sea school trip! So this week has been a busy one, on Tuesday Rosie's year group went on a school trip to Sutton on Sea, it was a lot of fun but a bit chilly! They paddled, ate ice cream and played on the beach. We also got fish and chips on the sea wall. YUM! Needless to say diet not going too well. oops! Saturday, May 30, 2015. So this week Granny has been over from Guernsey. Here are just a few snaps of our adventures. I have forgotten to take lots of photos again, I am really out of practise aren't I? We went on the train to Matlock park one day, followed by a pub lunch. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Happy New Years Eve! Tim's sister Annie has been up to visit us. We had a lovely long walk in the countryside and ended up at the pub. Was lovely and fresh, got a good dose of lovely sunshine! The kids did brilliantly and walked for ages. Lovely day out. This steep hill behind me is the last walk tim brought us on. It was a bit steep and ended up scrambling up the edge! Luckily he chose a different route this time so wasn't so steep and scary! Monday, December 29, 2014.
