Something about photography, drumming and seasonal soundtracking. One Year Ago.part #1 Parnitha. Called me up this time last year and told me that he's on his way up to the neighboring mountain of Parnitha. Parnitha, hasn't got any slopes for riding but is the closest mountain to Athens that usually gets hit with a lot of snow. It's basically in Athens. So, if you can't afford to go to the mountains this is the closest you can get to snow. It's a mountain mostly for jibbing. Last three pics, Chris Loupas.

A friend of mine has a hobby, which is the weird act of taming wild animals. He's been doing it for years now, but I had no clue about it. He was the only one from Greece to be invited to this worldwide, huge, (weird as hell) Falconry Fest. This bird, sorry, this Peregrine Falcon. Then again, did the problem started from way back then? Anyhow, to catch the bird...

I got to snowboard the whole day, got some pow (very little of it) and in the afternoon I got to shoot an awesome session with friends. These two are my buddies Chris. So, instead of whinning about it (which I already did), I'm going to post some old stuff that never saw the light of day. Enjoy. In March of 2011 I had the chance to shoot some snowboarding for 4 days. I might say it was glorious. I hadn't snowboard for at least a year. And it was definetely two years since I shot some action. And this is Dimitris.

The third day was spent digging and shaping a step up that Dimitris and Petros had found towards the other side of the mountain. More friends joined the fun. After putting a lot of work digging the kicker, he decided to give it a try. I won't reveal the ending of this try. It would ruin his stature as a snowboarder. The huge stature that we Greeks have, as snowboarders. And not as party animals. Ahem.
