Anu's Best Home Made. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. 4 tbsp shredded coconut. 189; tsp sugar. 188; tsp asafoetida powder. 4 tbsp shredded coconut. 189; tsp sugar. Grind all the ingredients together adding some water. Mix this mixture in curd and add salt. Heat some oil in a pan. Add asafoetida powder and mustard seeds. Anu's Best Home Made. Wednesday, November 28, 2012. 1 cup whole wheat. 1 cup toor dal. 1 cup urad dal. 1 cup idly rice(or raw rice). 2 tsp fenugreek seeds. 2 tsp cumin seed. Soak all ingredients except sugar and salt for 2 hours. Grind the batter into semi solid consistency by adding some water. Mix sugar and salt to the batter and allow to ferment. Saturday, October 26, 2013. 189; kg Fish boneless. 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional). 1 tbsp red chilli powder. 1 tbsp garam masala powder. 1 tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp grounded pepper. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Cooking oil to fry the fish. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the fish for at least 1 hour. Heat oil and deep fry the fish. Monday, June 30, 2014. 2 tbsp gingelly oil. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds. 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder. 1 cup diced red onions. 2 tsp chilly powder. 3 tsp coriander powder. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1 tsp shredded jaggery. Clean the berry discard the stems. Using pestle break the berry into two. Wash it properly until all seeds are out of the berries. It turns brown so do this process just before you add this on your cooking. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida powder and fenugreek seeds.

Peel the beetroot skin and chop roughly. In a pan heat oil,. Add chana dhal, red chilli, garlic, tamarind,. Cumin seeds and coriander seeds,. Fry nicely for 2 minutes. One the raw smell is gone add the beetroot and sprinkle some water to cook the beetroot. Open fry on low flame for ten minutes don’t overcook.

Anu's Best Home Made. Tuesday, July 15, 2014. 1 cup roasted gram dal. 12 dry red chilli. 1 whole garlic pods. 1 tbsp dry coconut. 2 tsp ghee(clarified butter). For dry coconut(use koparai thengai or dehydrated shredded ccoconut)-. If you don’t have dehydrated shredded coconut at home dry roast shredded fresh coconut in pan and allow to cool before adding into the recipe. Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Heat ghee in a pan. Remove pan from stove and allow the mixture to cool completely.

In a bowl mix potatoes with chilli powder, cumin seeds, curry leaves, gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and corn flour. In a non-stick pan heat oil and add mustard.
