Today, Eric and I went for lesson #2 in kickboxing.I love it.but let me tell you.a fast paced environment where everyone is moving moving moving is not really the best place to.well.jiggle! I jiggled the whole time! Every jab, every upper cut and every squat, a part of me jiggled. I jiggled like the Panda in Kung Fu Panda! Got to get back on track.

After a lifetime of zero motivation. Today, I got back in the game! But, I also knew that my mind would pull every possible trick on me to distract me. So I had to watch out for excuses. I got back in the game! My gym was totally transformed. Brought three new treadmills and a totally NEW machine. Have you every heard of OCTANE?
