The Harseverse: 01/08/15
http://harseverse.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Mom and Dad came to visit! Although it seemed too short, it was lovely hosting them out here. Thanks for the chats, coffee times, walks, and all the activities you did with the kids. And that particularly hilarious game of Quiddler! We love and miss you! Thank you for visiting us! Preparing a welcome banner to hang in their room. Gramma brought some craft supplies. They made their own foam visors. Making use of the packaging materials from our new daybed/pullout double bed. Tracing figures. Life Goes On .

Lewis Family in PNG: July 2009
http://lewisinpng.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Lewis Family in PNG. Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Thailand Trip Part 3 Koh Samui. After flying out from Chiang Mai in the morning we arrived at the very 'flash tropical' Airport in Koh Samui, ready for a very restful three days. It was pouring rain! About the same as the average wet season downpour in Lae! The taxi drove off and we were stuck at a resort which had no real need to transport us to a competitor! Not the best start to this section of our holiday! It rained basically for another day and a half t...

On October 9th I travelled to Samoa to assist in the ADRA New Zealand and ADRA Australia response to the Tsunami that occurred on September 29 (local date-Samoa is over the International Date Line). I travelled with Air Nugini. And with Air Pacific. If the plane had gone down I would have been in good company! I met Robert Patton and Sara McBride Steele both from NZ. All Hemmed In: November 2012
http://natalievanderheide.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 23, 2012. Just had to share this video of our little legend! I mean what better things could we teach our dear boy than to sneeze! Or maybe it is just reflective of the fact that we are all (well most of us) getting over a short-lived cold. Or that one of his sisters has almost had a permanent cold throughout this past winter. And please, please excuse the wobbly-baby-crawling-all-over-me videoing skills. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Beautiful Words from Psalm 139. You hem me in.

Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Don't you love the world of cyberspace and the digital photo? Saturday, December 22, 2012. Lucas' Birthday - an update by Kirilee. Kirilee apparently gets very tired of waiting for me to update this blog, so today she calmly told me that she had done it for me - writing and all. So here is her contribution to the blogosphere:. The first picture that we had of Lucas. He was already gorgeous! December 2011-Lucas still in hospital. January-Already looking so much more grown up.

The Harseverse: Two Years
http://harseverse.blogspot.com/2015/07/two-years.html
On Sunday we celebrated two years of having little Strawberry in our lives! Seems so long ago! Lots of meetings with a dermatologist, surgeon and oncologist followed. So, yes, this is not only a post about Strawberry's birthday, but also a little about what was going on in our lives as well during her arrival! Because whenever I think about when she was born, I can't help but think of that entire summer our lives were turned upside down again. I've always meant to write the story, I just haven't yet!

Stuck on the wall by. Links to this post. I don't think I've ever needed to use the furnace in June before. Nor have I seen snow in that month either, as far as I can recall! But in the first week we actually had some snowfall, and needed some extra heat. Unfortunately our furnace was broken at the time so we lit all the candles we had. And baked just for the warmth of the oven. Well, now it's September, still summer (technically) and now we are experiencing some more chilly weather as you can see.
