Monday, September 22, 2014. This pretty little lady turned 13 today. We can't believe how lucky we are, and how blessed our life is because she is in it! She got some really fun gifts and cards from all the people she loves! Thank you so much for thinking of her and taking the time to send her love and birthday wishes. There is one thing in particular that she has been begging for, and Luke and I finally gave in and got it for her. We are so proud of Izzy and the amazing young lady she is.

Tuesday, October 19, 2010. I love the coleslaw at KFC. Nevermind the chicken, I just want the coleslaw. My mom sent this recipe to me and it is fantastic. Thanks Mom. 8 cups chopped cabbage. 1/4 cup chopped carrot. 2 Tbs chopped onion. I use the blender to chop my vegetables. 1 1/2 TB white vinegar. 2 1/2 TB lemon juice. Blend well and pour over vegetables when ready to serve. Here is proof that I havent given up on your blog. And it is really good coleslaw. Love you guys. October 20, 2010 at 8:36 AM.

They had lots of fun, but they really wish Saturday would get here a bit faster. Saturday, October 23, 2010. A big thanks to my mom for this awesome idea!
