Both of which, I have to admit, are at their highest in me when the bills are coming in! Which then, just causes CRAZY chaos around the place, because your working longer and ignoring everything else. Which I suppose is not so much Organisation, as Determination to pay the bills! Tuesday, 2 December 2014. What is Going on? Well, it is Tuesday morning and certainly time for a coffee break. Today is the day that I think I need to catch my breath after the past month. It all came to a head four days ago with the serious preparation for a fundraiser I was involved in for the local playground. This time there was a fantastic team of volunteers, planning and organising the event, and each one of them worked so hard! But I got lucky and had a brain wave, and this is the finished result .

Wednesday, 12 November 2014. I don't know . I come down each morning, very determined to get stuck into work. Discipline! That is what working from home is all about right! SO then as that ain't working, I try and decide if I will put on a film for background or the radio, but very often I don't really know what I feel like watching or listening too. They're simple little projects to show what can be done with certain items in the shop. Last week, I showed you the little cushion made with a Moda Mini Charm pack and Perle Cotton. This week, we got a gorgeous bunting panel in and I was so taken with it that I bought one for myself along with taking one to make as a sample! I'm easing my husband into the idea! Thursday, 5 February 2015. Scrap Happy, oh yes I am! I've had great fun this week so far, making things from scraps! First I made another zipped pouch for a friend who fell for the first one I made. It's great when you make something with mad colours and you think it's a bit out there but someone loves it! I also made another set of bunting which is currently winging it's way to Australia! Finally, at 5pm, I finally dug out the scraps and made this heart wreath. I love it, it's totally scrapilicious!

Tuesday, 19 May 2015. I spotted this pattern on Instagram a few months ago and went on the hunt for the pattern. I love these foxes. Full of character, especially the dude with the glasses! In December we had our annual "Show and Tell Evening". At The Quilt Shop. I needed to make something quickly since I had given away almost everything that I had made in the past year and had nothing to show! I did have my Storm at Sea Quilt. Top but nothing completely new and. Two evenings and it was done and dusted!
