Rockland United Soccer Club. Rule, Policies and Guidelines. Soccer and Fitness Festival. Game days are Tuesday nights at Parc Cheney, 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Age range is 18 and older. Games may occasionally be scheduled against teams from neighbouring Clubs. RUSC's adult OCSL teams play in the Ottawa Carlton Soccer League (OCSL) ( www.ocslonline.ca.
