Unemployment: I can change the rules: acoa
http://acoa.livejournal.com/502473.html
Unemployment: I can change the rules. Back in 2003 I was unemployed for most of the year. I was living off my savings and doing everything I could to get a job, but I was still feeling guilty. In an entry on my LJ, I used the daily affirmation for that day to investigate the family rules around work, pleasure and relaxation. If youre unemployed or have dealt with similar issues, please share your experience, strength and hope here or over in my LJ. Post a new comment. We will log you in after post.

Strategic Sorcery: Keep Your Mind on Your Money and Your Money on Your Mind.

Thursday, January 6, 2011. Keep Your Mind on Your Money and Your Money on Your Mind. On the 28th, RO Posted a post titled "Money: Getting it out of the Way". I have been meaning to post a response to that post for a while now, but haven't had the chance. Sorcery can shift probability in your favor, and open opportunities where there were none, but some probabilities are just to long on the odds to be managed. Now here is the greatest rub. Lets say you win! My advice is simple: Get your shit together and ...

How To Patrol Your Own Borders - The Watchtower of Destruction: The Ferrett's Journal

How To Patrol Your Own Borders - The Watchtower of Destruction: The Ferretts Journal. January 25th, 2011. How To Patrol Your Own Borders. My partners find it hard to trust me - not, ironically, because I’m untrustworthy, but because in my relationships I ask for one thing that apparently almost nobody’s good at. That request is this:. Ask me for what you want. I’ll tell you when you’re asking for too much. Tell you when I’ve had enough? I’m good about patrolling my own borders - if I feel a friend is tak...

Abstinence vs Recovery: twelvers
http://twelvers.livejournal.com/107156.html
These two words appear to have the same meaning but they differ substantially when looked at over a long period of time. Abstinence may measure the same as recovery in a urine sample or blood test but the intention, expectations and the long-term durability of the two paths to “legally defined sobriety” are qualitatively quit different. For the person who was uncomfortable in their own skin to start with, not drinking or drugging does not treat their bigger malady (anxiety, frustration, guilt or despair).

The Annual Pagan Family Reunion - Diana Paxson's Journal
http://dpaxson.livejournal.com/23590.html
The Annual Pagan Family Reunion. I'm very grateful to the wonderful people in Hrafnar kindred for working with me on this. This year was especially fun because Weiser books brought a box of advance copies of /The Way of the Oracle/. People snapped them up and I got a lot of positive feedback. After 20 years of doing the work, it is good to be able to share this harvest at last. I'm looking forward to reading it! 2300 is a lot of people. No wonder I couldn't deal. I pre-ordered your book from Amazon.
