To mark the end of our time together and celebrate the blessing of each other's company and encouragement, Lisa took us out for a special 8-course dinner at a Chinese restaurant in Daejeon. I thought it would be fun to show you what a Chinese course-meal typically looks like in Korea. Appetizers: yellow radish, pink radish, onions, kimchi, bean sprouts. Course 1: 100-year old egg, shrimp, pork, and cucumber salad. Course 2: egg and fish soup.
