In other news…. It’s between you, me and the Internet. How do we regulate virtual behaviour? The internet has flexible boundaries that allows crimes to go practically un-noticed. the boundaries between public and private are blurred and constantly changing (Thompson, 2011) which makes it hard for authorities to distinguish between what could be a harmless joke or a punishable act. Can the benefit of the doubt be given that it is all harmless fun? Or should authorities step in and shut down such sites?
