Just to bright things up a little bit. The salmon slices are just so good even it's cooked. Most salmons become very rough once it's cook but this 1 is so soft just like raw 1 and has that slight cooked aroma can melt. Levain during my last day of internship. Crazy thick mushroom soup with so many mushrooms inside and chicken cubes too.
