Best Books of 2013. January 11, 2014 · 12:43 pm. Book Review: Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I didn’t like Eleanor and Park. I didn’t connect with the plot or the characters and I pretty much had to force myself to finish it. I was therefore understandably reluctant about reading Fangirl. Sure, everyone was raving about it, but most people rave about Eleanor and Park. Too In the end, I decided to read it, because the concept was interesting to me, and because someone in the library had to. Rating: 4 out of 5.

The thing is, you don’t get to know when it happens. You don’t remember to tell your family that you love them or in my case remember to say goodbye to them at all.
