November 4, 2011. For part of Parker's Birthday present we decided to go to Lagoon's Fright mares. He was So excited to go. We went with Heath's Family and had a great time. Tandi and Dex riding in the boat. I love this picture. For one Parker's face is classic and then if you look closely you can see cute Tandi in the ride behind him. I loved watching my kids ride the rides. I was suprised at all the ones they went on. Some were a little scary for a four year old. But she was tough! This kid has no fear.

Aplington Historical Society Preserving the history of Aplington, Iowa for future generations. In March of 1901 a devastating fire occurred in downtown Aplington, Iowa. All but one building, located at 905 Parriott Street, was lost in the blaze. It was the only brick building on the block, the Exchange Building.
