How did I begin to discover self-love? Simply through the enlightening answers I received to my questions during meditation about why i was in so much pain. In spite of eating right, exercising, and utilizing supplements, reading self-help and spiritual books and so much more- I still wasn't happy. There was something that was deeper that was wrong, that I needed, that I craved. I looked everywhere and to everyone for help, but I didn't find it until I looked within myself.
