Wednesday, June 9, 2010. On June 4th we finally made it out to the racecourse (to the SS Bell Buoy and back) for the our first race of the season. The seas were 1 to 2 foot with winds steady in the upper teens and gusting to 22 mph. The winds were very light and variable but if you were able to find a lane of wind, you found yourself sailing at 3 to 4 knots and if you didn't, well then it was Miller Time!
