Appalachian Alpacas is a small family farm nestled in the foothills of the Unaka Mountains in beautiful Northeast Tennessee. The rolling countryside is a peaceful backdrop for our herd of huacaya alpacas. Alpaca owners since 2001, we have enjoyed over thirty healthy crias born on our property so far. Our older children, James(24), Samantha(21), Joseph(18), help us with the care and handling of the animals, while Aubrey Mae(12)gives the crias someone their own size with whom to rub noses.
