Appalachian Hikers are just a bunch of people (over 100) who enjoy great hiking and sightseeing. Most of us grew up or live somewhere near the Appalachian Trail, thus the moniker. Ironically, rather than hike the AT, we usually travel west or abroad. The group continues to grow as word spreads about how much fun these trips are.
