Going east to walk south. One Day, One Mountain! July 4, 2014. We made it up Katahdin yesterday! Our first day on the trail and the hardest incline on the trail are both done. Can we get a “wooohoooo! Every minute of it! The wild beauty of Baxter park was beyond belief. Pictures will describe it best:. Our first white blaze!
