A Blurry Sunshine…. Fun in the Sun. Nails – 29 October 2016. October 29, 2016. October 29, 2016. That feeling when you know its nailday… #Priceless! Last time I rocked one color for all nails, which was awesome. But I really missed the diversity of color on my hands. I felt a bit ‘blue’ looking at the dark color on my hands. I need that consistent reminder of happiness and sunshine in my life. In a way we all need color in our life! Today I opted to go back to two colors, soft peach with pearly white.

A Blurry Sunshine…. Fun in the Sun. Pastechies (Curacao snack; round # 2). September 3, 2016. Last week I made pastechies, puff pastries with cheese. Right away they went to my ‘tasters’. Some found it too dry, little stuffing… With that, I went back into the kitchen today and try to make them with a different recipe. Well, I have to say, it went much easier and they looked much more like the real deal pastechies on the island. I’m on the right track! Close the pastries by rolling the ends up neatly.

A Blurry Sunshine…. Fun in the Sun. Nails – 19 November 2016. November 30, 2016. The holiday season is upon us… Such a magical time! Its even getting a bit more chillier as well on the island. Thank Goodness, 35 Celsius was a bit too much to handle. To get into the mood I opted a darker hue, purple. A process which is taking time, patience and yes, money! Unable to decide which to choose and ultimately ending up buying way too many products. Which means…. More sparkles! Lately I’m all about sparkles, absolutely love it! After the rose gold, I needed to upstage it. So we went for a mix of bronze and light gold sparkles, the effect is breathtaking! Combined with white and sparkly nail, I’m in love allover again 😉. Nails – 10 December 2016. Fun in the Sun.
