The willpower is not good! So, a nice healthy veggie loaded dinner tonight it is. I made the hungry chick chunky chicken soup last night and that is what I'll be having tonight. The weather is nice, but a touch windy. I did get out of the house with the littles. And took a walk with my awesome neighbor! My weight has been at a standstill at 140. NO MORE FATTY FAT GIRL! Sunday, September 25, 2011. I am a pathetic blogger! I am going to try and put some effort into it this time. Since I last wrote, I have not lost any weight! None, ZERO, ZILCH. But, I have been working out, and I have lost inches! That makes me happy! I can tell you why I haven't lost weight. Carbs. My weekly goal is to not eat bread! Not even a little bit! I am going to log my food, and drink lots of water! Also, I am going to take my supplements. Monday: Turbo Kick and upper body.
