Saturday, September 15, 2007. Well last week we brought the kids to the ViVo city. They had water play and lunch there and we also did a little shopping. They can shop better than the teachers. We had our lunch at Long John Silver. Teacher Rham and Glen Kor Kor teaching them how to order. Our kids occupied an entire lane. We teach them to be independent. Kah Keng ordering his food with no help from us. And they carry their food to their place by themselves. Be careful! They've just locked on a target.

Tuesday, August 26, 2008. From the 18 to 22nd of August, Appleland had a cooking class whereby the children gets a chance to bake Shepard's Pie. Parents have requested for the recipe. So here it is! 8 Russet Potatoes (any potatoes of your choice). 1Kg Minced meat/mixed vegetables (or any other filling of your choice). 1 Bar of Butter.
