My mom, Nana Hayes, and I had planned a surprise to trip to Disneyland for our family and these cousins. We had gotten approval from their parents and we were so excited! So, we just drove and encouraged the kids to sleep. They DID! We told him "I don't why. Why do you think it says that? Jackson, "Are we going to Disneyland? Jake and I, "no".

Tuesday, June 02, 2009. From the "Mexican Riviera" (almost) to the Land of the Midnight Sun . . I took a fabulous, Memorial Weekend, sleep-deprived trip to Anchorage, Wasilla and Denali National Park and had a completely amazing time! Not the typical destination for 3-day weekend jaunt, I actually was invited to visit the nation's largest state for a first date! And a blind date, at that. I had an incredible time! A little something from Bryce.and family. Monday, November 1, 2010. Had trick-or-treating on Friday since we didn’t want to go on Sunday. This made the Halloween celebration extra long, but fun. On Friday, Daddy took the kids trick-or-treating around our neighborhood. Afterwards we indulged ourselves with the yummy Maygren tradition of doughnuts and apple cider….and boy was it good! Saturday we had fun making Grandma Jean popcorn balls and caramel apples and have been enjoying them ever since.
