When enabled, DEMII waits until sunset, then at random intervals toggles lights from a user-configured set, giving a "lived-in" appearance to an empty house. When a user-specified "Lights Out" time is reached, the lights then gradually shut off, and then DEMII goes back to waiting for the next sunset.
