Red Beans and Rice. 2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (1 drained, the other not). 1 box of Chicken Stock (low fat low sodium kind). 1 Green Bell Pepper (diced). 1 Yellow Onion (diced). 3 Celery Stalks (chopped). 1 can diced tomatoes (drained). 4 Garlic cloves (diced). 1/2 tsp of cumin. Pinch of crushed red pepper. 8 Shakes of Tobasco. Salt and Pepper to taste. 4 shakes of ground thyme. 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil. Mahatma Rice (2-3 cups). Make Rice as directed on package. Red Beans and Rice.

Friday, October 28, 2011. I was never really one to send Christmas cards mostly because I get so overwhelmed by holidays because they are crazy. Last year I sent out our first Christmas cards in the four years Ben and I have been married. Shutterfly is my new go to site for all of our Christmas card needs! They have Christmas cards. Thursday, November 18, 2010. Ben and I just returned from the Big Apple! That's right, NYC! Country folks come to the big city! We had a lovely time for our 3 year anniversary. We stayed at the Waldorf and had an excellent view of Park Ave. On Monday, November 8th we went to Live With Regis and Kelly! It was sooooo much fun. Monday, October 6, 2008. Halloween is coming; and the hunt for the perfect costume is finished. Bennett is so thrilled with his choice, he wears it at all times day and night! Bennett's First Day of School! Bennett is just starting 2nd grade this year. Wow time really flies! Johnny played the ukulele for the crowds while we waited for our ferry. he did get a Victoria's Secret free underwear coupon!
