Sunday, March 27, 2011. Our second little one arrived two weeks early, March 10th at 5:30 am. McKay Bert Alexander was 6lbs 13 oz, and 20 inches long. He's a very calm and quiet baby (yay! And we love him more every second. Edison is adjusting.but is very sweet with "Mac" as well. He loves to give him kisses, as we all do! He loves putting buckets, blankets, etc. on his head. Always makes for some great goose eggs on his forehead. Monster truck birthday cake. Loved every bite. Even the wax candle.

It's so nice to be back in beautiful Southern California when you can go to the beach during the fall and still experience a gorgeous day! Brian and I decided one Saturday to head to Santa Monica beach to have a nice picnic lunch. We packed up a cooler with food and found a spot on the sand to enjoy. It was so pretty there! We could barely get him to stop for a photo. There was a petting zoo. Contrary to this picture, Luke did like the animals. He crashed after the fun day and this is dad trying to wake him up. Luke just spread out over Brian and continued to sleep. Having fun with an empty box! I love his silly face!
