The Wonder of It All. Your window to Rob, April, Cosi and Trey. Saturday, December 14, 2013. Updates from a Temporarily SIngle Dad, Day 7. One week without April. Not bad. It's odd, . A few days in, my ears started perking up when I would hear what I thought was the sound of a garage or screen door opening, expecting April to come walking in. That's how a day with just me and the kids usually ends- mom comes home and gives me a break. But not this time- not this week. Oh yeah, we need to eat, don't we?

We've been trying to teach Cosi to protect her brother (instead of beat him up). We're hoping that we can teach them to take care of each other as they grow up. We'll ask Cosi, "What should you do if someone hits Trey? She'll say, "I'll tell them 'NO NO - Don't hurt my brother! Well, Cosi had a chance to put those words into action.

Here are the details:. He is napping 2 times a day with the morning nap being pretty solid and length of the afternoon nap pretty variable. Livin it up in NC! Friday, November 16, 2012. Yesterday, Eli and I got to experience his very 1st pre-school Thanksgiving celebration. (Daddy had to work. Boo! After the short performance, we "feasted" on various Thanksgiving dishes together. Livin it up in NC! Saturday, March 30, 2013. Eli loves chatting with his Great-Grandma. His Dad affectionately refers to him as our little "Noise-box Know-it-All" these days. This picture makes me so happy. So thankful to be able to finally share our precious Barrett with my sweet Grandmother after some rough weeks of hospital stays and illness. God is so good! This little guy's facial expressions kill me these days! We celebrated Mark's birthday early as well! GG got her "baby-fix" too! 13 lbs 12 oz.
